Review:
This was my second trip to the CBC in as many months. These were similar to the ones I had before, but were presented Belgian-style, with some garnish, too. Unfortunately, I think the paper in the cone may have made the frites more soggy, even as they soaked the grease up, it leeches back to the frites making them soggier. Too bad, they were probably better before that.

I'm not sure how else to contact you, or if you still use this blog, but I've just got to make sure that you know about a place called Potato Freak in Somerville. It's all about the hash brown heaven, assuming that's your thing.
ReplyDeleteOther things I'm sure you already know about, Saus has great Belgian style poutine (you can put a deep fried egg on top!), and also chips are great at the Warren Tavern in Charlestown.
